A magnesium supplement combining three forms of magnesium: magnesium taurate, magnesium bisglycinate, and magnesium malate, each with its own absorption pathway and action profile. Magnesium taurate supports heart function and the nervous system. Magnesium bisglycinate has high bioavailability and is well-tolerated by sensitive stomachs. Magnesium malate supports energy production at a cellular level. Pyridoxal-5-phosphate, the active form of vitamin B6, enhances the absorption and action of magnesium. Flavour: lime.
